Novocare® home delivery can be used for self-paying patients at any point in their treatment journey. Health care professionals can submit an electronic prescription.
While Medicare patients can fill a Wegovy® prescription through Novocare® home delivery, they may be able to save more and pay $50 through the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge program.
Eligible patients must have a medical provider submit a prescription for Wegovy® using the prior authorization form provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Yes, Novocare® home delivery offers a 90-day supply option for prescriptions. If you're interested in this option, please write the prescription for a 90-day supply.
After your patient's payment is processed, their order will typically ship within one business day. They'll receive shipping and tracking updates to keep them informed every step of the way.
In order for your patients to receive communications from Novocare® home delivery, please be sure to list your patients’ most current information, including primary email address and mobile phone number when you submit their prescription.
There is no cost for shipping and delivering their medication.

BlinkRx: A digital pharmacy service that helps Novocare® patients get Wegovy® at self-pay prices, with free home delivery.
BlinkRx Network Pharmacies: Licensed pharmacies participating in the BlinkRx network, including third-party pharmacies that are unaffiliated with BlinkRx, that dispense prescriptions to eligible patients and ship them via home delivery. The BlinkRx network includes pharmacies that, collectively, are licensed to dispense into all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
CoAssist Pharmacy: Direct-to-patient, technology-driven dispensing pharmacy platform that manages prescription dispensing for Novocare® home delivery.
CenterWell® Pharmacy: A Novocare® home delivery dispensing pharmacy responsible for patient accounts, prescription fulfillment, refills, tracking, and shipments.
Lifefill I: A BlinkRx-affiliated pharmacy licensed in the State of Idaho that serves as the initial prescribe-to pharmacy when you elect to use the Novocare® program for prescription services.
