Pharmacy processing instructions

To support continuity of care for patients during the ongoing Change Healthcare service disruption, Novo Nordisk copay savings offers will now be processed utilizing an alternate processor, SS&C. There are no changes to the original offers and the patient does not need to re-enroll or sign up for a new savings offer.

Pharmacy directions
Prior to submitting a new claim, please adjust the BIN and PCN on the copay savings offer to 019158 and CNRX. Group and Member ID numbers will remain the same.

If your patient’s savings offer has been lost or misplaced, or the information has not been saved in the pharmacy system, please direct them to sign up for a new offer at NovoCare.com.
